Meet Our Trainer
Kristen Borg

With over 19 years experience Kristen is qualified in nutrition and weight management, strength and conditioning, pre and post natal exercise, spinning and TRX

Her journey in to the health and fitness industry was ignited after loosing her mother to cancer at the age of 19. It was during this difficult period that Kristen learnt that the value of exercise extended beyond merely the phycial benefits and it inspired her to want to make it a vocation. To this end Kristen is currently studying to become a cancer exercise specialist.

Kristen is an incredibly passionate, innovative and inspiring instructor and person. She is an incredibly strong and fit woman, and in truth she is more than just a trainer, she is an elite athlete with personal bests of 38 minutes for the 10km and 1 hour 27 for the half marathon. Recently she has turned her attention to Hyrox getting awarded the Pro Level on the Hyrox World Physical Fitness Test and recorded a time of 1hour 7 minutes in the Hyrox solo female competition.
