Body Works Yoga programme offers Hatha Flow, Restorative Yoga and Pre and Post Natal alignment based Yoga.

In a Hatha Flow practice expect to breathe move and sweat, while you lengthen and strengthen your body.This removes stagnant energy and allows you to replenish your body and calm your mind.

Restorative practices soothe the nervous system and allow for deep relaxation.

Pre and Post natal classes help you navigate your way through the changes in your body and help you prepare body and mind for birth and recover and strengthen post birth.

PILATES MATWORK

A friendly mixed-ability class for anyone wishing to improve their posture and build strength. Pilates can work for anyone!

Based on the principles and exercises devised by Joseph Pilates, this class helps to lengthen and strengthen all muscles in the body, which in turn addresses our posture and stability. People who regularly practice Pilates report a decrease in back pain, shoulder tension and many other issues associated with our busy, sometimes stressful lifestyles.

Pilates Matwork classes at Body Works not only include all the classical elements of Pilates, but also lots of modern elements and Pilates accessories.  This ensures that the mind and body are constantly challenged, and we guarantee that no two classes will be the same.
